We have a flat standard rate of just £3 per order for Postage and Packing. Orders over £20 excluding delivery ship free!

We have an upgraded £10 shipping option for special delivery – this guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we only ship to the UK currently.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship daily – order before 4pm for same day dispatch for in-stock items. Our standard delivery rate is Royal Mail Second Class which usually arrives in 2-3 days. For £1.00 extra you can upgrade to Royal Mail First Class which usually arrives next day, but it can take longer during busy periods.

We have an upgraded £10 shipping option for special delivery – this guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day for in-stock items.

Do You Gift Wrap?

Yes! We now offer gift wrapping for £3.00 per order. Select one of the delivery options with gift wrapping at the checkout.

Gift wrapping is currently done using Christmas wrapping paper, leave a note in the comments if you would like a different sort of wrapping.

How do I place an Order?

First browse for items from the shop pages. Click the item you would like to order and click the green ‘Add to basket’ button to add the item to your online basket. Click the green ‘Checkout’ button on the basket page and fill in your name, address and credit card details to complete your purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP using the form on the contact us page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order, but you can create one if you wish.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will email you to confirm when your order has been received, if there are any complications with your order and when it has dispatched. You can also track progress of your order on the order tracking page.
